About Intelligent Networx

Intelligent Networx Pty Ltd is an Australian-owned IT services provider based in New South Wales. We were established in March 2004 and have worked with small and medium businesses across the state for more than two decades.

What we do

We design, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure for NSW businesses. That covers managed helpdesk, office networks, cloud services and, increasingly, practical AI integration. We are not a reseller of offshore support. Every engagement is scoped, deployed and maintained by engineers on the ground in New South Wales.

How we work

We take a fixed-price approach where possible. A site survey, a network design, a cloud migration and an AI pilot are each quoted on a defined scope before work starts. We do not bill by the hour for work that should be predictable. We bill by the hour for work that genuinely is not, and we tell you the rate before we start.

What we do not do

• We do not sell foundation AI models. We integrate the tools you already use with the documents you already own.
• We do not sign you up to a three-year contract you cannot exit.
• We do not send your problem to a call centre in another country.
• We do not quote for a consumer-grade router in a business setting.

Where we work

We support businesses in Sydney, the Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong and regional NSW. For on-site work, we travel. For remote work, we do not need to.

How we work with NSW businesses

We have worked with small and medium businesses across New South Wales since March 2004. The businesses we support are typically five to eighty staff: a retail chain, a law firm, a medical practice, a trade business, a manufacturer, or a professional office. We do not pursue enterprise accounts. We do not pursue clients who require a 24/7 on-site presence. We pursue the businesses whose IT problems we can actually solve, and whose monthly fee is proportional to the work required.

What a typical engagement looks like

A new engagement usually starts with a site survey. We walk the office, inventory the devices, review the network, check the backup, and produce a one-page findings report. The report lists the top three gaps, the work required to close them, and the monthly cost of maintaining the environment. You receive the report before you sign anything. We do not require a long contract. We require the work to be scoped and quoted before it begins.

What we have chosen not to do

We have not chosen to be a reseller of offshore support. We have not chosen to sell foundation AI models. We have not chosen to lock clients into three-year contracts. We have not chosen to bundle hardware at a margin. These are deliberate choices. They shape the kind of client we work with and the kind of work we take on.
