AI Workflow Automation (RPA + LLM)

We automate the repetitive parts using Microsoft Power Platform and Azure OpenAI, with a human in the loop before anything goes to a customer.

Email triage

Incoming support emails are read by the model, categorised by topic, and drafted into a ticket for human approval. The technician sees a pre-filled ticket rather than an empty inbox. We have seen helpdesks reduce time per ticket by 40 percent in the first month.

Quote and report drafting

Standard quotes, weekly reports and customer updates are generated from structured data in your CRM or accounting system. The automation pulls the numbers, drafts the document in your template, and emails it for review. The practice manager approves or edits before it goes out.

Document processing

Invoices, purchase orders and contracts arrive as PDFs. The model extracts the key fields and writes them into your accounting or ERP system. A human reviews the entry before it is posted. The data entry person moves to higher-value work.

What we build it on

We use Microsoft Power Platform for workflow automation and Azure OpenAI for language tasks. Both run inside your Microsoft 365 tenant. We do not introduce a new SaaS product that requires a new monthly subscription and a new login. The tools integrate with what you already use.

Where it does not fit

Automation does not fit every workflow. We are honest about that. If a process requires judgment, a relationship or a legal decision, we leave it to people. If a process is repetitive, structured and low-risk, we automate it and put a human approval step in the middle.
